Last updated: 1 January 2026. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Qevoralyx website at qevoralyx.com and the Qevoralyx platform interface. By submitting an access request or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an access request. By requesting access, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide in the access-request form is accurate and complete.

3. Permitted Use

The Qevoralyx platform is provided for lawful personal and professional use in connection with information processing, data analysis and the use of automated digital tools as described on the Services page. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information in access requests or platform sessions.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or redistribute the platform's interface, logic or outputs.
  • Use the platform in a way that could damage, overload or impair its infrastructure or security.
  • Share access credentials with other individuals or organisations without express written permission from Qevoralyx.

4. Platform Output

Output generated by the Qevoralyx platform is based on the data inputs provided by the user. Qevoralyx does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any output for any specific purpose. Users are responsible for evaluating and applying platform output using their own judgement. The platform is an information-processing tool and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the qevoralyx.com website, including text, interface design and platform functionality, is the property of Qevoralyx Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from platform content without written permission. Data you submit to the platform remains your property, subject to the data handling practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qevoralyx Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
